About Me

My Photo
I Pull 400 Watts
During my freshmen year of high school I topped out at 5'7 230 pounds. Suffering from depression, self injury, and suicide idealization. Now in my fourth year as a nutrition student at South Dakota State University I am 150 pounds, vegan, and training for triathlons and ultra marathons. I love to help and inspire people whenever I can with issues relating to nutrition, weight loss, and general wellness :)
