Day 1 Low Fat Raw Vegan

The first day went well. Here is the list of food eaten:
  • Morning
    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 Banana
    • 3 cups Blackberries
    • 1 can Pineapple in juice
  • Afternoon
    • ~30 Pea Pods
    • ~20 Grape Tomatoes
    • 1 Pear
    • 1 Apple
    • 1 Banana
  • Evening
    • 1 Banana
    • 1 Artichoke 
      • Planned on raw, but ended up having to cook it. Will not attempt again.
    • 1 can of Mixed Fruit in juice
    • 2 cans of Pears in juice
    • 1 cup Grapes
Total Calories: 2800
Fat: 21%
CHO: 74%
PRO: 5%

A bit high on fat, but two avocados will do that. They were laying around, so they were eaten. Six hours of driving made the day long and boring. Exhausted after the travel, no run was done.
