Today was pretty easy. I ate well throughout and am pleased. Day 1 was a six hour drive, and it was tough not to munch on stuff due to boredom. Day 2 consisted of two graduation parties, and it was difficult to not eat the really tasty food that I would normally have tempting me. But I stayed strong. Kept reminding myself that even though I am doing a low fat raw vegan experiment, I can eat whatever I want. However I am making the conscious CHOICE to eat the purest and most nutrient dense food available. I also know that this is a test to see if there are any performance enhancements from a diet so high in nutrient intake. If it does not work, I will not continue it. Perhaps it will not work for convenience reasons, perhaps it will not work for performance reasons. Perhaps it will work?
I was going through the freezer and found a couple larger bags of frozen veggies. Better to use them up than waste them, so I steamed the veggies and put a half tbsp on peanut sauce on it.
Day 2 was honestly a bit of a gas. Literally. That's all I will say. Day 3 was much improved.
